Summary
It is as though this episode is split into two parts. The first half is nonsense, which is quite shocking considering the previous episode made it seem that this would be full of drama and excitement. Thankfully, the second half of the episode picks it up, which should give people hope for the rest of the series.

Resident Evil season 1, episode 6 recap
Albert offers to take away all of Angel’s pain. When Angel refuses to answer, Albert injects him, and he flatlines. With Angel dead, Evelyn openly suggests that Albert is the mole that she is looking for. But when Albert tries to leave, Evelyn’s guards stop him from doing so.
In 2036, Jade reunites with Billie, the first time they have seen each other since they were 18. Clearly, the two sisters aren’t as close as they once were. Billie reveals that Evelyn sent her to bring Jade in. When Jade asks about Albert, Billie claims that he died. (But do you believe Billie?) Billie has the guard clear the room. And when they are alone, Jade refuses to help Billie. So much so that Jade claims that they would rather die than go back to Umbrella. Billie claims that she is happy that Jade feels that way, as when Billie chose Umbrella, she was wrong. Billie says that Jade is immune to the virus, and after Billie rips out a tracker placed inside of Jade, Jade flees as Billie says, “She never stopped being her sister”.
As Jade escapes, Gideon and Amrita find her, who are more than happy to see her. And shortly afterwards, Jade reunites with Arjun and Bea. When Jade fills Arjun in on the latest developments surrounding Billie, Arjun asks if she can trust her. She doesn’t say yes or no, but Jade does say that part of her wishes she had killed Billie whilst she had the chance. Whilst inspecting the severed head, she realizes that Amrita is pregnant. After having a conversation about motherhood, Jade and Amrita speculate whether the “Queen Zero” controls the others through smell. Fifty-five trials later and they uncover nothing. Then during trial fifty-six, Jade and Amrita finally uncover something. But as Bea’s piano performance starts, Jade rushes off.
The ending
Even so, Jade soon returns to the lab and aids Amrita. Together they learn that Zeroes react to different smells, with certain smells even protecting humans from their attacks. They decide that they should test their findings on a zero, and shortly afterward, Jade drags a zero out from the ocean. As she prepares the zero, Bea walks in on Jade. When Jade experiments on the Zero, proving that smells protect humans, Bea leans in for a closer look. As a result, the Zero smells and attacks Bea, and after escaping, the Zero kills Amrita.
In 2022, Albert gets held in a room. And in the room next to him, someone who looks exactly like him reveals himself to Albert. So who the hell is it?
