Whilst some YA shows shy away from including too many deaths, that isn’t the case for Fate: The Winx Saga. Actually, there are quite a few notable departures. Below is a list of all the major exits that occur in the second season of Fate: The Winx Saga.
Who died in the Netflix series Fate: The Winx Saga season 2?
Ivy
Although not a hugely major character — in fact, she dies before we even get to know her — she plays a big part in the opening scene of the season, and her death sets off a series of events throughout the rest of the series.
Andreas
One of the biggest thorns in the show for Bloom. Even so, his death is still tragic and quite surprising. Rather than lasting until the very last episode and getting a heroic ending, he is ultimately killed by Sky to save Silva when Sebastian’s magic proves to be too powerful.
Rosalind
Whilst Andreas’s death was shocking, Rosalind’s death proves to be the most surprising of them all. The fact that she died wasn’t shocking at all. From the way the character had been behaving, it was almost destined that she would die somehow. But rather than staying in the show to be the season’s big baddie, she gets the chop rather early and is burnt to death by Bloom.
Beatrix
Very much like Rosalind, once it was shown that Beatrix was playing both sides, it felt like she was going to die sooner rather than later. But the moment came in the season finale when she betrays Sebastian and saves the world. And as a result, Sebastian throws her against a wall, cracking her head open.
Sebastian
One of the new characters in the second season. And because of his death, it’s likely he’ll remain a one-season character. After causing death, chaos, and destruction for much of the show, he is finally defeated when Bloom, Terra, Stella, and Aisha group together.
