As Bloom is the main character of the YA series, there are naturally going to be some juicy storylines heading her way. And what’s juicier than one involving her parents? Throughout the second season, Bloom starts to wonder where she came from. And after taunts from Blood Witch Sebastian, it starts to affect Bloom. Who were her parents? Did they abandon her? Or was she even snatched away from them? Will they even reappear in Bloom’s life? Well, Bloom finally finds out in the season finale.
Fate: The Winx Saga season 2 – what does Bloom learn about her family?
After much speculation throughout the second season of Fate: The Winx Saga, Bloom finally learns the heartbreaking truth about herself and her parents. Bloom comes to learn from him that her Mom had the Dragon Flame. Confused? So was Bloom. She believes that can’t be possible as someone could only have the Dragon Flame over 1000 years ago. But as Sebastian tells her, it really is possible.
You see, Bloom was actually born over a thousand years ago. But as she was born in the middle of an ancient war, her parents placed her into stasis to ensure her safety. Fair enough. But that’s not it! During that very war, Bloom’s Mom lost control of her power and accidentally killed thousands of innocent people. To pay for her sins, Bloom’s Mom sent herself into the Realm of Darkness.
This very knowledge and the effects of everything that has gone on throughout the season nearly make Bloom erupt much like her own Mom. Thankfully, she doesn’t. And a disastrous event is avoided. So since Bloom was born so long ago, there is no chance she’ll ever meet her parents, right?
Wrong! Feeling the guilt of killing Rosalind and how she nearly caused an explosion event, like her mother, Bloom decides to go into the Realm of Darkness. Once she’s there, who does she meet? Her Mother! Well, that should make for a dramatic reunion if there’s a third season.
