Beyond Evil centers on two detectives who end up working together to catch a brutal killer. One of them moved to a small town in an attempt to live a more peaceful existence, while the other had to live in the shadow of a very successful father. Yet, when a string of murders starts affecting their small town, the two capable officers have to put their issues aside and try to stop this monster from taking any more lives. In this crime thriller, Go Joon Hee stars as a woman with psychic abilities who joins a rough-around-the-edges detective to solve a string of murders. Sisyphus: The Myth (2021)
Unlike Somebody, this thriller features some intriguing SciFi elements. The series tells the story of a world-class engineer who meets a woman that traveled from a dystopian future to save his life. Directed by Jin Hyeok, this highly-rated K-Drama stars Cho Seung Woo, Park Shin Hye, and Kim Byung Chul. All 16 episodes are on Netflix for your viewing pleasure.
Lawless Lawyer (2018)
