In our review, we said that Wendell & Wild has strong themes of grief and guilt that come through in the stunning animation. Kat’s feelings are manifested in Wendell & Wild, but they’re never fully explored. It’s almost as if her storyline is cut short because of situations at the school, in the underworld, and in the corporate business

18. Tallulah (2016)

17. Win it All (2017)

14. Wedding Season (2022)

Critic Amanda Guarragi didn’t love Wedding Season as much as everyone else she said it does have some lovely moments between the two leads, and they will most likely steal everyone’s hearts. A similar romantic comedy storyline is there, but the actors within the family unit and the leads give it something extra. It’s a very nice addition to the romantic comedy section in the Netflix library.

Official Premise: Pressured by their parents to find spouses, Asha and Ravi pretend to date during a summer of weddings, only to find themselves falling for each other.

11. Always Be My Maybe (2019)

While the scores are high on Rotten Tomatoes, Critic Jonathan Wilson had other things to say about Always Be My Maybe. A well-worn formula and sentimentality drag down some fun chemistry and a cultural specificity generally lacking from mainstream romantic comedies.

Horror is a genre that is quite divisive when it comes to critics vs. audiences. This movie sits at 44% with audiences, and we are more in line with the audiences. Apart from the important themes, Vampires vs. the Bronx is simple and run-of-the-mill.

Official Premise: Radha is a down-on-her-luck NY playwright who is desperate for a breakthrough before 40. Reinventing herself as rapper RadhaMUSPrime, she vacillates between the worlds of hip-hop and theater in order to find her true voice.
