Greater Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

On top of that, Vancouver’s architecture and locations are easily dressed to look like major U.S. cities and the diverse nature of the landscape offers pretty much everything filmmakers need to film there.
Of course, with the industry using Vancouver regularly, there are a huge number of very experienced and talented workers who are incredibly competent and well-versed in all aspects of filmmaking, so directors have everything they need when they start production.
Templeton Drive, Vancouver
One of the locations you can spot in the film is the school that was used for the fictional Vernon High School in the movie. Templeton Secondary School, which is located at 727 Templeton Drive in Vancouver, was used for the shots needed for the school scenes.
The school is a public secondary school and is found in the Grandview-Woodland area in East Vancouver.

Shows such as Midnight Mass and The Good Doctor were filmed here, and the studio has hosted over a thousand productions since opening in 1987.
Parking Lot in Vancouver
The film required a carnival for a major scene and had to recreate one in a parking lot, borrowing the rides from real carnivals and setting it up in the lot to create the effect of a real fun fair.
