Since the first episode of Delicious in Dungeon, Laios’ primary goal has been saving his sister, Falin, from inside the belly of a Red Dragon. In Episode 11, his party has finally located the very monster that consumed his sister, but after defeating it, they discovered only traces of Falin’s hair and staff — and a human skull. Episode 12 will have a lot to answer for when it debuts on Netflix on March 21st.

What might happen in Episode 12? Is Falin still alive?
While no one expected the Red Dragon fight to be easy, they probably didn’t expect it to end this badly, either.
- I have a feeling Falin could still be alive, considering how strong the show implies her magic is. There’s a chance she may have already escaped the Red Dragon’s stomach and made her way toward the surface.
- With Falin’s whereabouts taking priority, I could see this being the first time Laios’ party does not make a meal of a monster they slayed.
What happened in the previous episode?
Here’s everything that went down in Episode 11:
- Marcille sets a trap for the Dragon while Laio tries to get its attention and lead it toward them.
- Laios devises a plan to make the Red Dragon use up all the fuel stored in its body, but he lacks sufficient equipment to block the fiery blasts.
- Confused, Marcille sets off the trap, which fails to hinder the dragon.
- The Red Dragon attacks the party, and the group attempts to play dead.
- Laios thinks he may be able to get close enough to stab the dragon’s inverse scale with his sword, but Kensuke suddenly flees.
- Senshi suggests using his special Mithril kitchen knife when all their other weapons break.
- Senshi takes off towards Kensuke to distract the Red Dragon but is trapped under its claw.
- Chilchuck stabs the Red Dragon in the eye to save Senshi, who manages to toss Kensuke to Laios.
- Laios meets up with Marcille to devise a new plan that involves jumping on top of the Red Dragon.
- Marcille uses her magic to launch Laios onto the dragon’s head.
- Laios’ leg becomes trapped in the dragon’s mouth and as he dangles upside down, he takes the chance to stab at the inverse scale.
- The Red Dragon falls to its death.
- Laios recalls a time from childhood when Falin saved him using ghost magic.
- When Laios wakes up, he is missing half of his leg.
- Marcille finds Senshi and Chilchuck and heals them both. She then finds Laios’s leg and reattaches it with magic.
- Laios begins cutting through the dragon to find Falin but does not find her.
- The party tries sifting through semi-digested bodies in the dragon’s digestive system. They find traces of hair and her staff.
- Laios finds a human skull.
