Delicious in Dungeon is nothing if not full of surprises, and Episode 12 was no exception. Despite successfully locating Falin, finding a way to bring her back, if bringing her back is even possible, is easily one of the most challenging feats they’ve had to accomplish thus far. While fans of fantasy genres know that magic can often have limitless potential, it always comes at a cost, and the bill may come due in Episode 13.

What might happen in Episode 13? What’s up with Falin?
Considering Falin was dead at first, I would have never guessed Marcille would be the one to revive her. However, now that she’s back, guessing her next move seems much harder than previously anticipated.
- There seems to be something a bit off about Falin. I would not be surprised if we discovered that being resurrected with Ancient Magic has some sort of negative lingering effect on her.
- I have a feeling the elf we saw near the resurrection circle may use it for something bad or forbidden before Marcille has a chance to get rid of it.
What happened in the previous episode?
Here’s what went down in Episode 12:
- Senshi wonders if Falin can be revived despite being digested.
- Laios wants to take Falin’s bones to the Ressurection Office, but Marcille advises against this and suggests finding a resurrection specialist instead.
- With enough meat, Marcille thinks she can revive Falin herself using Black Magic.
- They begin separating Falin’s bones from those of the Wargs.
- Marcille succeeds in resurrecting Falin, although she passes out in the process.
- With Falin revived, Laios’ party takes a break to bathe and eat.
- Without magic, Laios’ party must return to the surface on foot.
- The group realizes they haven’t seen Senshi for some time and finds him getting ready to light a fire near the dragon.
- Fearing the fire will ignite the gas from inside the dragon’s body, they try to stop him, but it’s too late, and part of the dragon’s body explodes.
- When they all survive, the group notices defensive magic coming from Falin’s body.
- Senshi takes what he can from the dragon’s corpse and uses it to make stew and pizza.
- Laios introduces the group to Kensuke over dinner.
- The party decides to stay in the abandoned house they’ve found and rest for the night.
- Laios notices Falin speaking to the “residents” of the house, but there is no one there.
- Laios warns Falin not to do anything as reckless as she did fighting the dragon ever again.
- Back at the resurrection site, an elf seems to stumble upon Marcille’s resurrection circle.
