Welcome one and all to another streaming guide. I’ve rounded up the full release schedule for Paramount+ in June 2024, including all licensed and original content, to help you make some easy decisions about how best to spend your time in front of the TV this month.

Highlight of the Month
Mayor of Kingstown (Season 3) | June 2
Jeremy Renner stars in this excellent crime drama penned by Taylor Sheridan. The third season promises a drug war and a new face of the Russian mob for the “heroes” to contend with as they attempt to keep an uneasy peace in Kingstown, a dangerous, temperamental prison town.
Also of note: Renner filmed all this only a year after being smashed to bits by a snowplow in a terrible home accident, so kudos to him for even being able to walk, let alone look as good as new in a role like this.
Non-Fiction Picks of the Month
June is a good month for documentary fans on Paramount+, especially those into music and true crime in particular.
Cyndi Lauper: Let the Canary Sing debuts on June 4, focusing on Lauper’s meteoric rise to musical superstardom in the 80s. This is the first of two music docs this month, with How the Music Got Free, produced by Eminem, releasing on the 11th.
Since we’ll apparently never tire of learning more about Jeffrey Dahmer, you can look forward to My Son Jeffrey: The Dahmer Family Tapes on June 7.
Fittingly for Paramount+, June 21 sees the release of Taylor Sheridan’s Yellowstone: One Fifty, in which Yellowstone‘s own Kevin Costner explores Yellowstone National Park on the 150th anniversary of its founding.

Sleeper Pick of the Month
My Wife and Kids (Seasons 1-5) | June 13

It’d be remiss of me not to mention that all five seasons of My Wife and Kids will debut on June 13. This is one of the very best sitcoms every and was completely defining for an entire generation, so hopefully being on an accessible platform in full will introduce a whole new audience to its brilliance.
Let’s hope, anyway.
