Summary

“He’s a Girl” is all about managing your life while being a parent, which is truthfully almost impossible.

The Letdown Season 2, Episode 3, is showing how the long-distance marriage is frustrating, especially for Jeremy, who keeps sending photos of his genitals, without realising he is sending them also to Audrey’s mum, who has the Cloud password. Everyone is wondering why he’s sending the photos while flaccid.

So with Jeremy having a bit too much fun with the smartphone, Audrey lands a temporary job, which means finding daycare. Now, in case you do not know, nursery costs an absolute fortune, and as Jeremy points out, she is working to pay for daycare to work with no profit. But as “He’s a Girl” markedly exemplifies, Audrey still needs a life.

Audrey gets a role where she has to research gender-neutral public toilets with a demanding deadline. Unfortunately, the daycare gives Stevie a nasty bug, meaning she has to be in quarantine for ten days. She relies on her friend, a reformed drug dealer, to help with the report.

As for Martha, who has been quiet up until now, she is suffering from a run of bad dates — mostly because she’s a lesbian and has a baby, and she’s not entirely sure how to gauge it with her prospective partners. Episode 3 sees Martha finally coming out to her family, who give her the rundown of how disappointed they are. She eventually lands a big date, which is dismantled when the woman sees all the baby stuff. She may have found someone by the end of the episode.

Season 2, Episode 3 demonstrates the impossibilities of managing your life while being a full-time parent.
