At the conference, Victor recognizes one of the men, stating it was his father’s former boss and tells Pilar that they need to leave.

I’m not trying to replace your mother

Veronica seems like a genuine person but Mia is not sure about her and wants to get to the bottom of it. His father joins the conversation saying he knows about the affair and that they are not discussing it in the car park.

Family

A family meeting is set up — the father states they are not perfect and love each other. The mother says that what happened with Roger is that they became friends during piano lessons — she liked having someone who had an interest in her. Mia tells people that her mother is an addict because she doesn’t want to admit that she wasn’t enough to stay. “Lying doesn’t hurt as much”.
