Chainsaw Man’s love interest is Makima. The two meet after Denji takes over the mantle of Chainsaw Man, and he instantly falls in love. Not only is she attractive, but before that, no person had ever been as good to Denji as her.
They begin working together as Public Safety Devil Hunters after Makima recruits Denji for her special division. The fact she is his boss does not deter him from making his feelings for her known to everyone. Even after discovering who she truly is, his feelings never waiver, and Denji continues to love her despite all the pain she ends up causing him.

Makima does not have a love interest. At times she seems to indulge Denji’s romantic interest in her, letting him touch her chest or granting him the coveted anime “indirect kiss”. She even offers to sleep with him if he can kill the Gun Devil for her. However, she has no real romantic feelings for Denji and is only using him as a means to an end for her ultimate goals. Her only interest is in obtaining the power that Chainsaw Man possesses, but not in Denji himself.

What is the relationship between Denji and Power?
Denji’s and Power’s relationship is similar to that of siblings. When they first met, Denji was attracted to her and excited to have a female on his team. Once they begin living together, the two end up butting heads, and it only becomes worse once she betrays him to save her cat, Meowy.
After saving said cat regardless, Power rewards Denji by allowing him to fondle her chest, but it turns out to be an underwhelming experience. In the end, they go back to their usual bickering, but over time, their relationship matures as they realize they have more in common than they thought. They often end up in mischief together, and over time, Denji realizes that even though they are close, he isn’t actually attracted to Power romantically. He just cares for her very deeply, like a good friend or little sister.
