The psychological thriller didn’t get the greatest praise when it was first released, regardless of it starring Scarlett Johansson and Morgan Freeman, two well-renowned actors. There were apparently obvious plot holes and an absurd storyline.

However, it still has a strong fanbase. The film surrounds Lucy, who gains extraordinary physical and mental capabilities after being injected with a performance-enhancing drug, including telekinesis and telepathy. In the film, she evolves into a warrior hell-bent on destroying those who held her captive. It’s a badass film that is playful yet sadistic.
