We discuss predictions for the Apple TV+ series Extrapolations Season 1 Episode 7, including the release date and where to watch online.

Episode 6 is an extraordinary metaphor for grief. Tahar Rahim returns as Ezra, giving a moving and heartbreaking performance. This is an innovative, risky, and bold episode of television.

One that fans anticipated and expected from the Scott Z. Burns anthology series when the trailer dropped last year.

This is what happened during Extrapolations Season 1 Episode 6:

  • Ezra now returns to the series. The last time we saw him was nine, which was 2046.
  • Ezra is 29 years old and, if you remember, has a condition called summer heart with a limited life expectancy rate of 30 years.
  • He now works for a company called the “Pack” and is paid to impersonate loved ones.
  • Ezra is losing his memory because the “summer heart” affects his brain functioning, which is now down 11%. He must delete his old memories, like his mom introducing him to Eve the whale and his grandmother, to keep working for the Pack.
  • Ezra lost the love of his life, Lola, to “summer heart” while she was pregnant, which has driven Ezra crazy for years.
  • Natasha convinces Ezra to let go of those memories because they ruin him. He does, and they are sold to be used as commercials for large corporations.

Extrapolations Season 1 Episode 7 Release Date and Time

Episode 7 will be released on Apple TV+ on April 14th, 2023, at midnight PST. The episode is titled “2068” and will have a run time of 46 minutes.

Where to watch online

Viewers worldwide can catch Extrapolations Season 1 Episode 7 with a subscription to Apple TV+ on the date mentioned above.

  • Will Ezra survive? Ezra had experimental surgery, but the brain is still deteriorating. In the episode, the doctor discusses his nostalgia therapy to help delay the decreased functioning. This is similar to mindfulness meditation, which stimulates grey matter to keep the patient present. Look for more stories on this subject in the follow-up episodes.
  • This is the last time we see him, and he is given a proper goodbye. No indication would foreshadow Natasha showing up in other episodes as well.
  • From the Cache Cloud employee, we learn that Rowan’s attempt to geoengineer climate repair failed and is heating the Earth rapidly. I am now starting to think the world will not survive. Why? The theme of this episode is not to look back or too forward but stay in the present. The future is out of their hands.
