Alice is on a job interview, but she explains to the lady interviewing her that she doesn’t have paperwork and this would be her first job. The lady said Lulu spoke highly of her, and Dylan said they’d be lucky to have her. With that, she gives her a job and says welcome on board.

Twig has set off to find Charlie to talk to him while also attempting to find Alice to tell her about Charlie. As this happens, June finds out that her cancer is spreading, and the treatment options are limited. However, June turns down any treatment, including an experimental drug.
How does Charlie react to what June told Alice?
Twig visits Charlie, John, and Sally to tell them Alice had no clue that Charlie was alive. Charlie brings up the letters written to him by Alice, and Twig tells them that they were written by June. She further explains that June had told her that he had passed, and Charlie reacted shocked and heartbroken by Alice having no idea.
Candy walked into June’s office, where she was looking at photos of Charlie, and she asked her if they were Charlie. June snapped at her, saying she shouldn’t be bringing up the family business in front of the others.
Who walked in on Clem and Candy?
Candy has a flashback of her childhood with Clem, and we see them having fun together. At dinner, Candy confronts June and throws a book on the table, stating she replaced her with Agnes. No matter what happened with Clem, she loved him, but June sent her away after what he did. June has a flashback where we see her walking in on Clem having sex with Candy. She freaked out on Clem, kicking him out of the house.
Alice is seeing a new guy named Dylan, and they are at a party having a good time when Alice realizes that Lulu is standoffish about them. Alice approaches her and asks what is wrong, and Lulu tells her to be careful because he can be a handful. Of course, Alice didn’t know about their past together, but Lulu gave her blessings.
The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart Season 1 Episode 5 Ending Explained
Dylan and Alice are out in the mountains, sitting under the sky to look at the sights. However, she asks him if he took Lulu there, and he freaks out on her. He disappears for a little while but returns later that night. The following morning, Alice opened up to Dylan about her childhood and everything that happened. He comforts her as the episode comes to an end.
