Leila is a thirty-three-year-old wrestler, model, and actress from Queens, New York. Her real name is Catherine Guzman, and she is known in the wrestling world as “The Fearless One.”
Leila has had a respected run in the sport, appearing in 2020 in Florida on the indie circuit and then featuring in the All Elite Wrestling league in March 2021. By 2021, she would make a TV debut on AEW Rampage.
She would lose in a fight against Serena Deeb before fighting again in June 2022 but lost that bout too.

Leila Grey recently got engaged to her boyfriend and current OVW Rush Champion ‘Certified’ Luke Kurtis. The moment that Luke proposed to Leila happened live in the wrestling ring at an OVW show.
Leila was successfully defending her OVW Women’s Championship against Freya The Slaya at an Ohio Valley Wrestling event in Nashville, and after the event, Luke would enter the ring and go down on one knee to propose to her.

Of course, she said yes. She currently works for the promotion company All Elite Wrestling.
