The opening

Episode 6 opens with Sol-i crying in bed; she’s upset after Cha Heon called her a loser. Her parents are understandably concerned as she will not leave her room. As for Cha Heon, he looks back at calling her a loser, and he seems to be regretting it. The next day, Sol-i avoids him.

The play still haunts Sol-i

At school, students are still talking about the school play and how Sol-i ruined it. Dae-sung defends Sol-i and puts a student in a headlock. Dae-sung is always there for her when she needs it. Cha Heon still sits there looking regretful in class. Sol-i is asked to sit next to another girl and Cha Heon in the library, and the emotional tension remains. Cha Heon tries helping with her work, but Sol-i asks to be left to do it independently. She’s embarrassed and feels there is no return for her — the character must feel like she’s in an unbearable situation.

Sol-i makes a shocking request

At home, Cha Heon thinks about texting Sol-i. He keeps on drafting and removing texts. Meanwhile, Sol-i’s parents talk to her about her studies and how she isn’t focusing. They try asking if she’s okay. Sol-i asks if she can have a school transfer as she doesn’t feel she is qualified to study at her current school.

Dae-sung’s fun pool

Back at school and Dae-sung keeps being there for her and Cha Heon is getting increasingly bothered. Dae-sung creates a fun swimming pool with floats to cheer her up. He pushes her on a float, and she’s slowly returning to herself. Eventually, they get told off by the swimming coach for being in the pool. The coach punishes Dae-sung and asks him to do 500 push-ups. Bit harsh…

The ending

At home, Cha Heon learns that Sol-i is considering transferring schools as parents gossip. He grabs his phone and texts Sol-i — he asks her if she’s really transferring. The next day, Sol-i is asked to see teacher Ms. Moon. Cha Heon speaks to Sol-i’s friends and tells them Sol-i may be transferring schools. Sol-i’s parents get an opinion on her scores. The teacher believes a transfer may mean a hard adjustment. Cha Heon intervenes in the meeting and asks Sol-i for help to move some files. He’s trying to stop her from asking for a transfer.

As they walk down the corridor, Cha Heon tells her not to go. Sol-i is shocked. A few days later, Sol-i joins Cha Heon on his bike. Their friendship is back to normal.
