Who is Tiffany Quilkin in Paper Girls season 1?
Tiffany is a very smart girl, apparently in maths particularly. But she has fears that not everyone will believe in the potential that she showcases. Whilst it seems that Tiffany doesn’t have many friends, she is very warm and open, so much so that she protects Erin when she receives racist abuse from the neighborhood jerk.
She seems to enjoy technology as she saved up money so that she could buy a set of walkie-talkies and is distraught when they get stolen. As a good-natured individual, it seems fair to say that she has a nice and loving family life. However, what Tiffany doesn’t know at the start of the series is that she is adopted.
What does Tiffany Quilkin do?
After befriending Erin, Tiffany, Erin, Mac, and KJ unknowingly time travel after Mac accidentally shoots Erin. Because of that, Tiffany becomes involved in the midst of a war between feuding time travelers. Whilst Tiffany remains rather level-headed during the event, she does question whether anyone they know from 1988 is still alive and if they should go find them. Once the paper girls travel to 1999, after Larry tricks them, Tiffany tracks herself down. But Tiffany isn’t overly happy with what she finds.
As tension continues to grow, Tiffany punches Mac for her offensive comments. Afterwards, she learns that her older self is the “life of the party”. And when Older Tiffany tells her younger self that she quit uni, Tiffany is absolutely horrified. Whilst it appears that the paper girls may be stuck in their current timeline for seven years, Tiffany goes against the wishes of the other paper girls and visits Larry. After she enlists his help, the paper girls make battle against Prioress and her superior. Ultimately, after Tiffany and Erin try to save Prioress after she gets shot, they end up unable to board the spaceship that KJ and Mac are on. Prioress comes to their rescue, however, and orders another spaceship for them. But in the closing moments of the first season of Paper Girls, it’s shown that Tiffany and Erin have travelled to the past.
